Football Dip
Great for packer parties!
Ingredients
- 3 lbs Bacon
- 2 1/2 lb Sour cream + 1/2 lb for piping
- 4 oz sour cream
- 1/2 lb shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 bunches green onions
- Ranch seasoning packet
Seasoning
- 1 TBS minced parsley
- 1 tsp dill
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp chives
Instructions
- Dice bacon and cook in skillet until crispy. Remove and set on papertowel
- Combine all other ingredients except for 1/2 lb sour cream and 3 bunches of green onions
- Using a spatula, mold dip mixture into football shape
- Cover dip in crumbled bacon (chop more beforehand to make sure bacon is small). Add chopped green onions around football to give the appearance of grass
- Put reserved sour cream in plastic bag. Cut off tip of plastic bag on the corner to create a piping bag. Pipe sour cream onto the dip to give the appearance of a football.
